2) A check for $100.00 has been issued to the “Village of Sewickley Hills”. This is a non-refundable fee.

Additional fees that may be applicable to the Clubhouse Reservation

The following penalties will be assessed for those who fail to comply with the rules and regulations of the clubhouse during their use.

First Offense

Suspension of rental privileges for 3 months and/or up to a $100 fine.

Second Offense

Suspension of rental privileges for 6 months and/or up to a $300 fine.

Third Offense

Suspension of rental privileges for 1 year and/or up to a $500 fine.

Cleaning Fee

A $50 charge will be assessed for the following items:

              1. Removal of Trash

              2. Moving furniture to its original position

              3. Turning off lights and/or securing doors

              4. Wiping clean counters, sinks, and tables

              5. Wiping clean the kitchen floor

              6. Vacuuming the carpet

Inspections and Violations:

If any violations to the rules are found, please report them to a Board member or the property manager ASAP (before your event begins).
